These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Cypress Event Hall website and your booking of Cypress Event Hall for any event. By using our website or booking our venue, you agree to these Terms.

Venue Rental

• Rental rates, included amenities, and available extras are listed on our Prices page and are subject to change without notice.
• A booking is only confirmed once a signed agreement and any required deposit have been received.
• Rental time includes your event and any agreed setup/breakdown time; additional time beyond your booked window may incur extra charges as outlined on our Prices page.

Alcohol & Security

• By law, one security officer is required for the last 4 hours of any event where alcohol is served.
• By law, a TABC-certified bartender must serve alcohol if you plan to offer it at your event.

Cleaning & Venue Condition

• Standard cleaning is included in your rental. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged if extra cleaning is required after your event.
• A charge of $150 will apply for every 15 minutes the venue is not vacated by your agreed end time.

Vendors

Vendors listed on our Vendors page are independent businesses we're happy to recommend. Cypress Event Hall is not responsible for the services, pricing, or conduct of any third-party vendor. Any agreement you make with a vendor is between you and that vendor.

Content on this website (text, images, and design) is the property of Cypress Event Hall and Ranero Productions Inc. and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. We make reasonable efforts to keep information on this site accurate but do not guarantee it is error-free or current at all times.

SMS Terms of Service

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages (SMS) from Cypress Event Hall, including appointment reminders, responses to inquiries, and promotional offers.
